The Arts Poole is a community interested company run by a board of directors who are all artists active in the Poole arts community. The current directors are:
Marylyn Cropley
Marylyn is an artist and musician. She runs Freeplay, our monthly jamming session for musicians, vocalists and poets. She also has a keen interest in community arts projects.
Hazel Evans
Hazel is an artist and jewellery designer. Her jewellery can be seen at hazelarts.com. Hazel is particularly interested is increasing opportunities for professional artists in the area.
Mark Howell
Mark is a documentary photographer, an ethical communications consultant and social entrepreneur. His documentary work can be seen at markhowell.co.uk/doc. He is particularly interested in creating opportunities for local artists and revitalizing Poole Old Town by using the arts.
Monique Munroe
Monique is a writer and leads creative writing workshops. She is particularly interested in community arts projects and promoting literary events.
